Mental Health
The words 'mental health' seem to be buzz words that are thrown around nowadays as they have finally reached public consciousness. Everybody is going through something, but the thing with mental health is that it's usually not that obvious. Being healthy mentally is extremely important as a student because the nature of school and studying can cause immense stress. When stress is unaddressed it does not go away. It is important that you talk about about what you are feeling and find healthy coping mechanisms before the stress spirals into something more serious.
As a student myself I always felt wary to ask for help because I was convinced it was all a front since everyone around me seemed to be in turmoil despite all the 'efforts' to help student's well being. It was only after I got some support that things started to get better. One thing we would like you to know at blossom when it comes to mental health is never to blame yourself. Yes you may be stressed but this isn't some internally created problem. As a student you are being put under extreme stress due to exams, school, homework and just life in general. These are external things making you feel internally unwell, so blaming yourself is a waste of time.

School can feel like an actual eternity, especially when your mental health seems to be an issue but you need to remember that no matter how lonely you feel, you are never truly alone. Like all things that you have gone through before, this will pass. Don't hold tight until it goes away, ask for help, ask for help, ASK FOR HELP. You are not weak for needing help, you are not being overly dramatic and stop telling yourself that there are bigger problems in the world. Sure there are many horrible things in the world, and this may help you put things in perspective but this is not an excuse to belittle the way you are feeling. You are allowed to feel this way.
