Need a break?

Sometimes it all gets a bit too much. You're having to many deadlines to meet, the pressure of exams only seems to be increasing and the work is showing no sign of decreasing. Face it, you need a break. We live in a society where it is constantly reinforced that the more you work, the harder you push yourself, the better your results will be. And this isn't a complete lie, but your health, whether mental or physical should not have to be sacrificed just for you to get some grades. We are not denying that your grades aren't important but remember your exams are only taking part during a very short period of your life, but your health is forever.
